Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, you may return it either via courier at

your own expense or by dropping it off at our address within 7 working days of receipt. We do not issue returns on anything purchased. You can exchange within the item’s worth. Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered in. If things are damaged during shipment, please notify us promptly by sending images of the damage to

+27767916084 within 24 hours. Shortages in orders must be reported within 48 hours after receipt. Given that the bedding is custom made, the color cannot be changed once ordered. Furniture Items have a lead time of 10 to 20 business days. All furniture items are manufactured to order and hence cannot be exchanged or refunded. Furniture that is broken or has faults will be repaired for the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their furniture order fits into their residences and the path leading to their doors (stairs, etc.); dimensions are available on the website. If a delivery needs to be made again due to this, the client will be charged an extra R400 for the second delivery. There
